Hint: It's the one in the tie. Pardon me. I'm just sayin'.
Thanks for a country where
nobody's allowed to mind their own business.
Thanks for a nation of finks.
[...]You always were a headache and
you always were a bore.
Thanks for the last and greatest
betrayal of the last and greatest
of human dreams.--William S. Burroughs, "A Thanksgiving Prayer"

Well, despite the presence of suited turkeys in our lives, I wish you a Happy Thanksgiving.
We all have so much to be thankful for, not the least of which is the fact that we have the fellowship of our bloggy buddies to sustain us, as the dear Firesign Theatre would have it, in these days of modern times.
Good feasting to you and yours.

Happy Thanksgiving, handdrummer! Thanks for your kind note. On our feasting days -- I've now had two, and I'm heading to my third -- I've barely given a thought to the liars and thieves, so grateful for the comfort of food and friends was I. Your bloggy friendship and always beautiful words sustain me on these many other days. Sending out happiest wishes to you and yours.
